The agreement between you and [Your company name] when you use Split the Win.

1. Agreeing to these terms

By creating an account or using Split the Win, you agree to these terms, to the Official Rules (which govern the weekly contest and drawing), and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

2. Who can play

You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and a legal resident of the United States. One account per person. The information you give us must be accurate.

3. Your account

Keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for what happens on your account. Tell us at [contact@yourdomain.com] if you think someone else has used it. You can delete your account at any time from your account page.

4. Points

Split the Win is a free game. Points are free, can't be bought, sold, transferred or exchanged for cash or anything else, and have no cash value. Everyone's points are reset each week. We may correct points that were credited by mistake. Split the Win is not gambling: nobody pays to play, and nothing you can buy improves your chances of winning a prize.

5. Picks and results

Picks are final once made. Pots are settled from official results reported by our sports data provider. If a game is postponed or canceled, or a result can't be settled, we may void the pot and refund every pick in it. If we make a mistake settling a pot, we may correct it.

6. Prizes

Prizes are offered only as described in the Official Rules, which control if they differ from these terms.

7. Fair play

Don't use more than one account, bots, scripts or other automated tools; don't try to break, overload or get around the site's security; don't copy or scrape the site; and don't harass other players or use offensive usernames. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and disqualify them from prizes.

8. Notifications and email

We email you about your account and prizes. Push notifications are optional, and you can turn them off at any time on your account page or in your browser's settings.

9. Our site and content

The site, its design, logo and content belong to [Your company name]. Team and league names are used only to identify real games; Split the Win isn't affiliated with or endorsed by any league or team. Links to sponsors and other sites are provided for convenience; we're not responsible for them.

10. Changes and closing

We may change or stop any part of the site, and update these terms. For important changes, we'll tell you on the site or by email before they take effect. Continuing to play after that means you accept them.

11. No warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that game data will always be accurate or on time.

12. Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, [Your company name] isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, and our total liability to you is limited to $100. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
